Hey! I'm Cass and I'm a full-time digital illustrator! I love drawing all things anime and am currently working on my own original collectible card set.

Please read my terms of service first before commissioning me! After you've finished reading them, please fill out the form to let me know all about what you want your commission to be! Continue scrolling below to read more about what my pricing looks like and what you can commission me for! Please use the "buy me a coffee" button below to send any requested payments.

Examples of Past Commissions

Cobra's Gilded Tavern has expanded far beyond from simply being the name of my husband's TCG business- it now has a whole universe of it's own filled wtih wonderful characters both inspired from folks we know IRL and just completely fictional original characters I've created. My goal is to create enough cards to have a whole CCG set (inspired by Weiss Schwarz) complete with booster packs that are able to be ripped! Progress is slow but steady. As I make new cards, I'll add them here. Hope you enjoy <3

GENERAL TERMS:
By making a commission with me, you are agreeing to all of the following terms listed below. I am not responsible if the client has not read the TOS provided below.

  • Filling out and submitting the commission form does not guarantee a commission with me, as I have the right to refuse any commission should I see fit.

  • Depending on the complexity of your commission, there may need to be some checkups or feedback required from you, in which I please ask that you respond as timely as you can if this does happen so your commission doesn't hit any stand-stills.

  • All commission pieces I create still are my own just as much as they yours after payment. Therefore, I have the right to freely post the work (with a watermark) and/or attach it to my portfolio should I so choose to do.

  • PLEASE note that any commissions you may see that I've done in the past that are now being sold as stickers, keychains, etc. on my Etsy are there because I was given explicit permission/requested to do so by the clients. By default I will NEVER turn around and use your commission to generate more sales for myself by miscellaneous means.

  • After payment, you are free to do what you want with your commission when it comes to personal use; however, you, the client, cannot use it for commercial purposes without explicit permission first.

  • Should you so choose to post or use your commission online (pfp, avatar, etc), please provide proper credit where applicable. Do NOT remove my watermark/artist signature, paint over my work, or make any attempts to claim it as your own.

  • Do NOT under ANY circumstances run my art through AI or do anything with AI that would involve my work.

  • Do NOT attempt to make any profits off my work unless purchased with special commercial right. All pieces are personal use by default.

The Full Rundown on the Commission Process:

  1. Once you finish reading the TOS, you will then fill out the commission form I have provided. You'll be asked if you've read and agree to the terms, and then it'll ask basic questions to give me an idea of what you're wanting. This is where I'll decide to either reject the commission or reach out to you to move forward with it.

  2. Once I reach out to you to move forward with the commission, this is where we'll discuss back and forth more in detail the specifics of your request. Please be as specific as possible when typing, and please provide helpful pictures, mood boards, etc. that better describe your ideals. Do NOT use, generate, or send me AI images as references.

  3. After I have a solid idea on your commission and still decide to move forward with it, payment details will then be discussed. Typically I charge half of the final price upfront then the rest upon completion. I will not send the un-watermarked version until I receive the final payment.

  4. Once I receive the deposit and get started working on your commission, depending on the complexity of it, I will do brief check-ups to ensure everything looks good with you as I move from step to step in the drawing process. Minor changes are allowed, but repetitive major changes or possible restarts will result in additional fees. Once the piece is totally done, I will not accept any more change requets.

  5. Once I receive the final payment, I'll send the un-watermarked version of the piece via whatever place we DM, or if the piece is too high a resolution, I'll do a Google Drive link. If you paid to have your piece made into a sticker or keychain, I'll then place the order for either the sticker or keychain and keep you updated on the ETA of it, as my manufacturer is in China so the shipping takes a while.

Deadlines and Payment Info:

  1. You are absolutely able to request a deadline when commissioning me (sometimes I prefer it depending on the piece). Most pieces will take me 3-5 business days (I do not work on Sundays and Mondays). With this in mind, should you choose to request a tight deadline, there may be an additional rush fee charged.

  2. While I've accepted payments through a variety of different methods in the past, I will now only be exclusively accepting payments through Buy Me a Coffee. I'll provide you a link to this when applicable, but it is also available in my linktree and is on the home page of this website.

  3. My price guides are just that- guides. Do not be surprised if I charge more than what was shown on there as it all really comes down to the complexity of what the client wants that determines the final price.

  4. Please do not try to negotiate the requested price.

  5. As already stated above, I will not begin work until I receive the deposit, and I will not send the finished un-watermarked version of a piece until I receive the final payment.
